I search for a neurotoxin protein which commonly finds in scorpions. Neurotoxins are disruptive to the brain because they inhibit neuron control over ion concentrations across the cell membrane which could lead to fatal harms.The specific protein I select is neurotoxin AaH II precursor. It has 370 nucleotides encoding precursors of toxins active on mammals and contain signal peptides of about 20 amino acid residues.
